As you have mentioned that your neet score is 318 marks and you fall under obc category which indeed have almost sane cutoff as that for the general category candidates. Well, with 318 marks its very difficult to get a seat for the private medical colleges in telangana if you are not from telangana or don't have its domicile . If we look over previous year's cutoff for NEET in Telangana then 301 marks was given a private medical college for BHMS under 85% state quota.
But you want to apply under All India quota. So, it becomes very difficult for you to get a seat. But with 318 marks you can easily get veterinary course.
