It totally depends upon the councling of NEET,

Suppose if the neets councling has end and still most of the colleges seats are not filled so you can go through any private college , where ever you will be comfortable . So I will suggest you to stay tuned about the councling of NEET , you will get information . Or else you should prepare for NEET entrance exam bcoz there is less possibilty of getting  even private college without NEET .
