can I get BVRIT college CSE for 12100 rank for OC

No on such rank you have very low chances to get CSE branch in B V RAJU INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY NARSAPUR because in 2019 the closing rank was 8130 for OC Boy but apart from this many other colleges you can get on such rank.
