Well in 2017 in round 3 of counselling the opening rank for civil engg(for obc) was 2345 and closing rank was 2942

For round 4 the opening rank for civil engg(for obc) was 2509 and closing rank was 3091

So from the last year's data I can say that You have a pretty good rank to get civil engg. So my answer is YES you can get civil engg in IET lucknow
