can i get cse in mbm with 95.55percentile in jee main and i am general, my rank is 50000

With your score there are less chances for CSE in MBM Jodhpur. Yes you can get Civil engineering or ECE upto round 4. But as per past cutoffs it hard to get CSE.
Well we cannot complete trust, but there might be rare chances that you could get it.
