based on your rank and last year trend you cannot get cse at iet lucknow as it closed at 1250 obc rank

but you can get ece till round 3 as it closed at 2075 obc rank last year.

you will also get all other branches here.

for cse and ece you should try biet jhansi and knit sultanpur

Your UPSEE OBC rank 2289 is great, but sorry to say still there are less chance for you to get in Institute of Engineering and Technology , Lucknow. neither in computer science and ECE according last year cutoff

You can try for other branch such as Chemical, Civil and Mechanical Engineering
