Better is to apply for any private college in your city or outside ,if youa re willing for a direct admission in the college.

Go back and study again. There is no such college which will grant you admission on scoring 30 marks in JEE.
I know it’s hard. But that’s life. If you are not willing to reappear again for that examination, then join any of the engineering college in your locale, or appear for entrance examinations of Private universities like VIT, BITS etc etc
