Shivi you have a moderate chance of getting into a good NIT with your 67 marks in JEE Mains exam and with your rank in the SC category which must be around 5000. You will have a better chance of getting a seat into your home state NIT because of home state quota. During the counselling session which is going to be held after JEE Advanced result from 19th June to 15th July your SC category rank will be used. In order to get a better idea which streams or which NITs you could get with your rank you can check out the last 2-year cut-off of all the NITs with the link given below:
In the above cut-off list for NIT, you need to check your state quota in one of the NIT of your state and without state quota in other NITs. And worry about this later as you have also cleared the JEE Mains exam so you are eligible to sit in JEE Advanced exam which is going to be held on 20th May. So, you should better make your final preparations for it.

Yes you will. Not sure of top NIT's but there are fare chances that you might get one for sure.
Just remember one thing, do counseling wisely and choose the NIT best suits your marks and AIR. And if you don't know how exactly it's done look for some one who is good at these things.
