It is very difficult to get a government college with the rank of 14072 in ACPC because the previous trends were below 5,000 rank for pharmacy admission even with SC category.

You should look for other colleges like Silver Oak, LJ Institute of Pharmacy, SAL Institute of Pharmacy etc. as they can offer you admission based on Class XII marks with subjects of PCB (50% at least).

If you apply through the SC category, your chances of getting into a government pharmacy college are pretty good. Reserved category cutoffs usually go much further, so you can aim for colleges like L.M. College of Pharmacy, Ahmedabad, Government Pharmacy College, Gandhinagar, or Government Pharmacy College, Vadodara. Seats might also open up in later rounds or during reshuffling, so keep an eye on those.

Now, for the general category, it’s a bit tricky. Most top government colleges fill up quickly, so your chances are slimmer, but there might still be some lower-tier government colleges where a seat could open up depending on how other students take admission.

Tip: Always participate in all counselling rounds and keep both government and good private colleges as backup options. That way, you don’t miss out.
