Extremely sorry to inform you that your marks scored in NEET 2019 are low to get a seat in colleges in Maharastra under the state quota, even after taking into consideration the reserved quota for OBC category. The cutoffs tend close over 400 marks for OBC.
Hence, you need to go for private colleges.
