Congratulations for your result.

As per your marks you can get prestigious college .Moreover, this year cut off has increased than the other year. It's quite difficult to predict chances.

Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.

This year all India quota the cutoffs may be higher than the other years, that is why any score less than 590 or 600 out of 720 is less. For Dental also, you have to get at least 550 marks in Neet if you are a general category student.

Considering you as a general category student you may get chance in the following colleges mentioned below based on the previous year's cut off marks-

Hi , you have not mentioned your category nevertheless last year closing rank for government medical college under state quota was
General was 30947 in sin medical college, koraput

GC 31348 in government medical college balasore

SC 87767 in government medical college

Balangir

St 258727 in sin medical college koraput
So according to that you have fair chances if you belong to sc or st category.
Talking of which remember that cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category.
