Your rank should be around 1.3 lakhs according to your percentile which does seems good score to take admission in HBTU Kanpur. You can check by yourself to get a better idea through this link.
Your rank should be under 45-50K to get any branch and for CSE you need to come under the rank of 18K. And for some other top branches you need to come under the rank of 30K fo the safe side. You may try another attempt of JEE for improvement and try to score around 95-96 percentile so that you can fix your seat in the HBTU.
