Hello,
With this percentile and rank in JEE main, you cannot get a seat in HBTU kanpur. Actually the cutoff rank does not exceed 60k for OBC category. Your rank would be more than that. So you won't get a seat.
So please go for private engineering colleges in kanpur. Here's a list of some of them
