NCERT is the most important book for NEET UG . Also mtg fingertips is fantastic book with ample amount of mcqs . I can assure you that if you can thoroughly study NCERT and practice mtg fingertips various times you can easily score 450+ in NEET UG . By saying thorough study of NCERT I mean that you have to grasp the basic concepts properly and also you have to revise NCERT in that manner that you can visualise the lines from NCERT in your mind . Also you have to revise the previously solved mcqs . Finally you have to be consistent with your study . All the best .

Yes, you can definitely score more than a 100 by thoroughly studying NCERT and mtg NCERT for all the three subjects.

However, there is a catch. Given that the time is very less, you may also solve as many question papers as you can. This shall help you manage the time for the exam.
