With 33 marks in JEE Advanced as an OBC-NCL candidate, it is highly unlikely to secure a seat in any of the IITs. The minimum qualifying marks (also known as the cutoff) for the OBC-NCL category in JEE Advanced tend to be significantly higher.
I would suggest you to explore other options like NITs, IIITs, or state-level engineering colleges based on your JEE Mains score.
