What do you mean by comsetic course is not clear .
There's no course which goes by the name comsetic or something similar to that, which is offered through NEET examination
Actually , NEET is entrance examination for getting into medical college for following courses
In some states like Maharashtra you can even get into paramedical courses through neet examination
