It's totally depends on difficulty level of paper of JEE advance, if paper was tough then the cutoff marks will decrease and then you have a chance to get admission in IIT with this marks. Or if paper was so easy then cutoff marks will increase and you need to score minimum 128 (35%) out of 360.

So if paper was easy then you can't be able to get admission in IIT.

Hello,
Your marks are too low but there is even possibility to get in on the basics of category rank and if you passed in all subjects as per the cut off say.
So be updated yourself with JEE advanced cut off.
At the last I must say it that it is not easy to make JEE advanced.

All the best

Hello aspirant,

I don't think you will be able to get admission in any IIT with this score. TO get into any IIT you need have a rank of within 8000. And to get admission in the top 5 IITs your rank must be within 2500. so,with a score of 123 it's impossible to get admission. You can get admission with your Jee main rank.

Thank you.
