For admissions to IPU Delhi students are always in a better position than the students outside Delhi.Delhi students get a bit advantage in terms of the cutoff released by IPU.Also the competition is getting tougher day by day.
Based upon your rank you have got chances of getting admissions in IPU.Wait for the counselling rounds to be held.You have got good chances and you also have a good SC rank of 418 along with a good percentile.Apart from this you can also try out for government colleges and NLUs.

no you cannot get admission in ipu on the basis of your clat score.
you need to appear for the IPU cet i.e entrance exam conducted by IPU for admission in IP university.
