Hi lakshya ,
In MSIT till now date the admission had take place through IPUCET so its difficult for me to assire you that with such a percentile in jee mains you can get admission into MSIT or not.
But I think its difficult for you to get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like MSIt .
As MSIt only conducts core branches so it has high closing cutoff for the candidates to get admission.
But still you can take chance with information technology branch.
