Hello amrutha!

With that score for a general student there are almost no chances to get a medical seat. You can try for a C-category seat any private medical college or deemed universities.

amrutha n d C-category aka NRI quota seats -these seats are very costly, almost double of B-cat aka management quota. To acquire a NRI seat one of your parent should be an NRI. These seats can be acquired even for just qualified students.

Hi

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 290 marks , yes you have chances to get mbbs seat but management quota mbbs seat in private medical college

For example,
in neet 2019, 277 marks for general category got a management seat in AYAAN INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES  under Karnataka state quota

To get the list of colleges in which you have chances, you can go through our college predictor at
