I believe at a Rank of 6900 in UPSEE besides having OBC Advantage, you may have bleak chances in securing either of Mechanical, Civil or Chemical Branches in any good State Government Engineering College in Uttar Pradesh, with good infrastructure, faculty and residential facilities.
