can i get my ews certificate made from a different state where i am living currently but where j haven't done my schooling from???

Dear student,
EWS certificate is a national certificate which is passes in 2019 by the national government with a constitutional amendment. So you can definitely apply for the ews certificate from any other state, also apart from the state where you studied or lived earlier. So do not worry as there will be no problem.
