It is a NAAC B Grade university.
• Then there is, another at PDM University, whose MJMC course will cost you 1.07 lacs in total. 
• You could also check MGM College of Journalism and Mass Com institution, AAFT, etc. 

In case you are looking for exact MJMC course, it might turn out to be a tiny bit difficult to find the right fit college with stipulated financial range. You can also explore simple MA in Journalism courses at DU, etc.
