can I get NIT Suratkal in CSE with 89 percentile in JEE mains

Dear aspirant,
You have done well. But you can't get NIT SURATKAL. As it is one of the top NIT. Even if you get, no good branches like CSE will be available for you. So try for any other you can get easily a seat for sure.
But, Please Check Letest cutoff for your reference.
