No, with this range of score it might be difficult for you to take the admission in IIT or in the PSU as well. Since you are an reserved category applicant then in your case you have the chances to take over the NIT zone or the state Government College's who are accepting the valid GATE score for there respective PG degree. It will depend upon the percentile , cuttoff in your respective Category, and your branch wise cuttoff as well.

See the compitition is getting higher and higher year by year for PSUs. Every year there is a increase in cutoff marks. Last year the minimum cutoff was 48 in NPTC. It is almost impossible for you to get into PSUs with 32.67 marks in any category. But you can try for post of JRF ( Junior Research Fellow). IISc and IITs take GATE qualified students as project assistant.
