Can I get seat in any of nits or university in barch I got 30294 rank &9938 (obc) in jee paper2 and 101 mark in Nata 2019

With a rank of around 9,900 in obc ncl category, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the NIT's when comparing the results of previous years. But, scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats and state quotas.
