Hello Ashish. Thanks for contacting Careers360 and we hope we will be able to answer your query.
Note that Bangalore Institute of Technology is affiliated to Visveswaraya Technology University. The college takes admissions through either CET or COMED-K.
The official website of the university says that:
Eligibility criteria: Candidates seeking admission to the first year of the four years B.E. degree course should have passed two years of P.U.C. Examinations conducted by the Pre-University Board of Karnataka State or any other Examination recognized as equivalent by the Visveswaraya Technology University and should have obtained a minimum of 45% of marks in aggregate of optional subjects.

Banglore institute of technology takes admission through COMEDK or KCET engineering entrance exams. If you are other state student then you need to appear for COMEDK entrance exam and it only requies 45% in class 12th board exams with pass in each subject.
Good luck.
