The cut off of government medical colleges is very high ranging from 550 to 650 score in neet ug 2025. And your score is way less than the required score. So, no you cannot get a seat in government medical college.  In private colleges also it might be difficult for you. You should try other courses like dental, ayurveda, or homeopathy.

With 272 marks in NEET 2025, securing a seat in government MBBS college is improbable in the general category because of cutoffs. You may have a chance in the reserved category (SC/ST/OBC) or through the state quota in some states with lower cutoffs. You might also want to look at private colleges, deemed universities, or BDS/AYUSH courses based on your rank and category.
