95 percentile in Jee Main means your expected rank would be around 43450. Now if the number of candidates in Second Session increases then your rank would also increase. The cutoffs for getting admitted in any college depend on various factors such as Your category, if this is your home state quota, number of candidates appeared in the examination etc. Now you haven't mentioned your category and about your home state quota. So going by last few years' data and considering you as a general category student, it will be difficult to get any branch in NIT Warangal even if this is your home state quota as it is one the best NITs and so the cutoffs are quite high. All the seats get filled within 20000 rank. For other state quota, the cutoffs are even higher. If you belong to any reserved category then you can expect any seat.
