As far as your qualification is concerned seems like you are fit to apply for human resource manager roles.

You should apply to few companies to check whether they consider you equivalent for the position or you need to add few more things to your resume in order to make yourself perfect for the job role.

Until or unless you won't give interview you won't get an idea about improvement.
