can I get to know whether we are eligible for mopup round of MBBS for all states or not?

Mop Up round is the last round of counselling done to occupy the vacant seats of 15% all India quota and the state 85% quota irrespective or their domicile. if it is then you can apply in all the states. B ut with this score you have decent chance for 85% quota seats.
