Yes,

You can sit for Civil Services exams after completing your Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.

Following your B. Pharmacy, you can sit for the civil services exams. Pharmacy is also a graduation degree so that allows you to sit for the exams afterward.

Most of the civil service exams like UPSC ask for graduation only and it can be in any field and stream so there is no rule of doing a Bachelor degree in a special field for civil service exams.
