As you might know that JEE main is the national level entrance examination for engineering colleges and courses.
The eligibility criteria for applying to JEE main is
For Paper 1 (B.Tech), the candidates must have studied Physics and Mathematics as the compulsory subjects in Class 12th, and Chemistry/ Biotechnology can be optional subjects.
For Paper 2A & 2B, the candidates must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as the compulsory subjects in Class 12th.
So, if you are PCB student, then you can only appear for JEE main if you have Maths as a subject in 12th,i.e if you're PCMB/PCM student.

JEE Main is an Entrance Examination for admission to B.E/B.Tech, B.Arch and B.Planning in NITs/IIITs/GFTIs and other institutes accepting JEE Main score. The eligibility requirement for B.Tech and B.Arch is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from a recognized board. The eligibility requirement for B.Plan is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics from a recognized board. You are not eligible to appear for JEE Main as you haven't studied Mathematics in 10+2 level.

To be able to appear for JEE (joint entrance examination) MAINS, one has to have Mathematics as a compulsory subject in 10+2.
In your case, you had physics, chemistry and biology so you are not eligible to give this test.
