Yes you can give Neet examination next year.
This is because,
There's no attempt limit in NEET examination and also there is no upper age limit for Neet.
Actually, to be eligible all one needs is to must have passed in English and in both the theory and practical of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if belong to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st and if one fulfils this then he is eligible irrespective of the number of times he has appeared in NEET before
