Hello candidate.

Yes, you can. But there can be certain disadvantages for you as undergraduate course will end up taking a lot of your time in this session, you'll have you give internal exams, submit assignments, prepare for external exams for 2 semesters (2019-2020). Also, your choice of course being English, the syllabus of NEET is vast, requires rigorous hard work and practice, English will not help you in preparing for NEET.

Your focus will get divided between NEET and English course. But as they say, nothing is impossible. If you remain dedicated throughout the year, you can crack NEET and even end up scoring a good GPA in your English course.

Begin a career in Medical and Allied Sciences. Admissions Open for

Apply to Emversity Allied Health Sciences programs

Keep updated with the syllabus, learn from good books or you can join some classes or take up video tutorials, have your time-table sorted and you will achieve your dreams.

Hope this was helpful and good luck for future endeavours!

You have some things sorted in your mind. It's a good step.
But do not completely forget about your College exams, let's say, attend 2 or 3 days a week of your College? Some colleges are really strict about attendance so check upon that. Also, College does give you a lot of free time as compared to school, so you will be able to prepare nicely. Studying just a week before College exams will get you a decent GPA, so don't worry about college grades.
For UPSC, by next year this time you will be more clear in life as to either you will be pursuing MBBS from your desired College or will start your preparation for UPSC.
You've got this! Never give up on your dreams, learn from the failures and you'll do great in life!
All the best!
