As per your date of birth 27/01/2005. One can't give SSC CHSL  until his/her age is over 18 years. So, my suggestion will be to better practice and enhance this time so that you can score more and better will be chances of getting the job.

You couldn't able to give ssc children 2023 because the notification said that you must be 18+ till 1st January of that year(the year when you are appearing for the exam). And in 2023 27th January you are Turning to 18, so you cannot give the ssc chsl 2023. You can give the 2024 ssc chsl, as you are already 18+ at 1/1/2024.
