If you have done B-Tech in Electronics, you will be changing your field by going for MCA, or you can also choose a field which involves the application of both Electronics and Coding or computer applications. Example of one such field could be, self driving electric cars but of course it's a far fetched idea. It all depends on you, what you are interested in.
