can I got gov college with rank 1000 in upsee . for b.tech in biotechnology . and if yes which colleges ??

hii mona,

at such a higher rank, you can get any college but there will be difficulty in getting CSE at IET,lucknow. however you can get biotechnology easily.

Can you provide the list of best gov colleges .?
Can you advised me for biotech.
Like which college is best for me .
And in our country there is the scope of biotechnology or not .
