Yes, you can appear for NIOS 12th class exam if you have passed 10th class examinations and your age is 15 years old. For this, you will have to register and take admission in NIOS. The application process for block 1 has been closed. But you can apply for Block 2 admission which will be opened from September 16, 2018, and you will be able to appear for the exam in October/November 2019.

Hey, Thank you for contacting us. The answer to your question is yes! you can give your 12th board exam from NIOS instead of CBSE board. The eligibility for the ones who want to give their 12th are - candidates need to have passed the secondary exam, i.e., standard X examination. Candidates need to be 15 years old by 31st July 2019. If you fulfil this you are allowed to write the exam. I hope it helped.
