Dear Kiran, the admit cards have been released. Please use this link: https://ntaneet.nic.in/ntaneet/online/AdmitCardAuth.aspx
You must login and enter your NEET application/registration number, Date of Birth and Security pin to download your admit card. You will also receive your admit card at your registered email in PDF Format.
Once you get your NEET 2019 hall ticket, you must check the details printed on it like name, roll number, exam date and time, exam centre details etc to check if they are correct.

But I can enter 8 digits in application number provided in admit card download link

Dear did you try entering from 5th to 12th digits?
Now admit card download is simple by login into neet website
