Top 10 colleges don't differ much. Faculty's experience, infrastructure, sports and games facilities, and other extra cultural activities. Similar companies visit all these colleges offering similar packages. So getting into a good company with good package depends on us. So getting a seat into any of these top college doesn't matter. So this is the safe position.

In order to get into these safe colleges the rank required varies with branches.

Cse-5000

Ece- 5500

Mech-7000

It- 10000

These are not the exact cut offs. They are close enough to them. These refer to the general category male with no special category.

So for you to get a good college you atleast need to get into those top 10000 rank. For this you need to score around 85 in EAMCET and 940 in your board. This will definitely fetch you a rank in 10000 and guarantee a good college.
