Hey candidate,
Yes you can get good marks in JEE MAINS even if you leave chemical and ionic equilibrium parts in Chemistry, but you have to be very careful and prepare strategically.
The syllabus for JEE MAINS is huge and questions are asked from Physics , Chemistry and Maths. So, make sure you prepare well for all other portions and you are confident in them.
Keep in mind that you must not skip any important portions like anything from organic chemistry, thermodynamics , conic sections, Simple Harmonic motion, kinetics of physics .
Hope this helps,
All the best!
