Dear Raja, that is quite a bold move. Ideally if you want to leave your Engineering, you might be asked to shell out he entire course fees to your Engineering college because your college is losing a potential candidate for the rest of the duration of the course. The amount that you need to pay is what you have to discuss with the administration because every college has its own rules for letting a student go.
