Hello Sumit,

Most of the colleges make you sign a bond at the time of admission according to which if you leave the college before completion of the course, you will to pay a certain amount as penulty(varies according to condition).

The indemnity bond makes you liable(legally) to pay some lakh rupees if you leave the course before completion or not serve in the rural areas for the specified time after completing MBBS.

Hope it helps!

Hey Sumit,
Absolutely you can join AIIMS after completing 1st year of MBBS in any other college, you just have to quit the college for it.
And as you have asked for bond fee, there is no bond fee charged by AIIMS as far I have searched about it.
Hope it Helps!
Good Luck!
