yes you can take your father sign from home because inside exam centre only the candidates are allowed so take it  before you enter inside the exam centre .

In NEET Admit card if it is asked for father's signature significantly that has to be signed by your father on or before you reach the exam center and you will be signing in presence of the invigilator
