Hello Sehajbir.Yes you will be considered in the OBC-NCL category during the admission process of JEE Mains if you have submitted the required caste certificates online or anything else which was required to do by the OBC-NCL candidates.But If you come under the OBC-NCL Creamy Layer you will be considered under the general category only. You need to come under the OBC-NCL Non-creamy Layer for your OBC-NCL rank to come into existence which is decided on the basis of your family's income.
