First of all a candidate needs to register for round 1 counselling for CSAB counselling.Now with that registration a candidate can participate in CSAB round 2 counselling.

Based on your question if you had registered and participated in CSAB Round 1 counselling,then you can directly participate for CSAB Round 2 counselling.

I just answered the same question moments ago. You cannot just dive into second round of CSAB without having registered before the procedure started. There is no way you can participate in Round two. Please don't panic and look for other choices you have.

You canot participate in Round 2 directly if you have not participated in Round 1 not only in CSAB but in any other institutes too.
