Can I Participate in KEAM spot allotment if I got a private self financing college in the 3rd allotment

If you got allotment in a private self financing college in the 3rd round allocation, then you are not eligible to apply for the same or different branch in the private self financing college. But you are permitted to apply for government financing college in the same or different branch in the spot round counselling.
