Hope you are doing great.  No, Mathematics is not a compulsory subject in class 12th to be eligible for admission into BCA course. But, The minimum requirement for BCA admission is a 10+2 from a recognized board. Although students from any stream are eligible to join, certain universities prefer to accept those with a science background. Students must have studied Mathematics and Computer Science at the 10+2 level if they did not study Science.

Students must have taken Computer Application or Statistics in 10+2 if they did not have Mathematics. However, mathematics is deemed vital because it is covered in four of the six semesters of the BCA degree programme.
