Sure you can do that. It's good that you have divided your both the year of high school I'm an synchronized pattern so that you can do things according to the schedule .
This will save you from a lot of rush at the end. Try focusing as per you have planned. Stick to your schedule. Keep on revising the chapter in order to keep them on your mind all the time.
Solving past year papers will help you analyse what more improvement you need. Try joining a mock test so that will keep you prepared from exam perspective.

See if you have prepared well for JEE MAINS in 11th then you should have good conceptual clarity of all the subjects. So if you have this and if you have good knowledge in 11th syllabus obviously you can prepare for JEE ADVANCED. Just you have to revise a bit of the subjects and practice the problems of JEE ADVANCED.
The problem lies if you have lagged your preparation in class 11. As you haven't, you will do well if you start preparation in 12.
